Arkrocket Audio is the authorised Sound Leisure distributor for Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. We handle specification, quotation, freight, customs and after-sales support as a single point of contact. How we quote 報價方式 报价方式

Quotations are issued in US Dollars by Hifun Design and Trading Inc. (USA) and are valid for 30 days. 報價由 Hifun Design and Trading Inc.（美國）以美元出具，有效期 30 天。

Free port — no import duty自由港 — 免進口關稅

Both Hong Kong and Macau are free ports, so no general import duty applies to these goods. Your landed cost is essentially goods plus freight and handling. 香港與澳門均為自由港，此類貨品不徵一般進口關稅。到岸成本基本上就是貨值加運費及操作費。

Arrival or fully landed到港價或全到岸價

We can quote to arrival airport/port, or fully landed including customs clearance and delivery to site. 可報到機場／碼頭的到港價，亦可報含清關及送達現場的全到岸價。

Air or sea freight空運或海運

Air is 5–8 days; sea is 4–6 weeks. For a single unit the saving on sea is smaller than it looks once LCL and handling fees are added, so we usually recommend air. 空運 5–8 天，海運 4–6 週。單台訂購時，海運在加上散貨拼櫃及操作費後省下的並不多，故一般建議空運。

Payment terms付款條件

50% deposit on order confirmation, balance prior to shipment. 訂單確認付 50% 訂金，餘款發貨前結清。

Custom tokens訂製代幣

Coin mechanisms can be calibrated to your own branded tokens. The factory needs 10 sample tokens of each denomination. 投幣機構可按貴方品牌代幣校準，每種面額需提供 10 枚樣品予原廠。

Quoted in RMB, duty paid人民币报价，已完税

Mainland quotations are issued in RMB by our China entity, inclusive of import duty and VAT, with a fapiao provided. 大陆报价由我方中国主体以人民币出具，含进口关税与增值税，可开具发票。

Import duty + VAT apply需缴关税与增值税

Unlike Hong Kong and Macau, Mainland imports carry duty plus VAT — together roughly 26.6% of customs value on jukeboxes. This is why Mainland pricing is not comparable to a Hong Kong quote. 与港澳不同，货物进口大陆需缴关税加增值税，点唱机合计约为完税价格的 26.6%。这正是大陆报价无法与香港报价直接比较的原因。

Delivered to your site送货到现场

Mainland pricing is quoted delivered — import, clearance, domestic freight and delivery are all included, so there is nothing further to pay on arrival. 大陆报价为送达价，进口、清关、国内运输与配送均已包含，到货时无需再付任何费用。

Stock vs. built to order现货与定制

Some models are held in stock in China for immediate delivery; others are built to order in the UK on the 6–8 week lead time plus shipping. Ask and we will tell you which applies. 部分机型在国内有现货可即时发货，其余为英国按单生产，交期 6–8 周另加运输。可来询确认具体机型。

Payment terms付款条件

50% deposit on order confirmation, balance prior to delivery. Domestic transfer or Alipay accepted. 订单确认付 50% 定金，余款发货前结清。支持境内转账或支付宝。

Custom tokens定制代币

Coin mechanisms can be calibrated to your own branded tokens. The factory needs 10 sample tokens of each denomination. 投币机构可按贵方品牌代币校准，每种面额需提供 10 枚样品给原厂。

Note注意 — Hong Kong and Mainland China pricing are prepared on different bases and are not interchangeable. If the goods will ultimately be used in the Mainland, tell us at the quotation stage so we price the correct route. 香港與中國內地的報價基準不同，不可互相套用。如貨物最終在內地使用，請於報價階段告知，以便我們按正確路線計價。
Note注意 — Mainland and Hong Kong pricing are prepared on different bases and are not interchangeable. A Hong Kong quote will look cheaper because it carries no duty or VAT — those become payable the moment the goods enter the Mainland. 大陆与香港的报价基准不同，不可互相套用。香港报价看上去更低，是因为其中不含关税与增值税 —— 而货物一旦进入大陆，这两项即须缴纳。
